* Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality in all meals served
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
* Collaborate with team members to create innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends
* Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order
