A "Good" Primary School located in West London are on the hunt for an Assistant SENCO. This is a September 2026 role, full time and employed directly through the school.
The role of an Assistant SENCO will be the following:
* Teaching in an ARP with 6 children in (children are non-verbal / ASD)
* Working & leading an experienced & strong HLTA
* Supporting EHCP applications - writing & carrying out assessments
* Initially working within the Primary School with a view in the long-term venturing over to their Nursery School and providing additional SEN support & leadership

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Must be confident in working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of SEN is required
* QTS is required
* Must be able to plan & teach engaging lesson for SEN pupils
* Carry out data / admin tasks to a high level
* Must be able to work within a large team
