Your Role
As a Care Assistant, youll be making a real impact every day by supporting people in their own homes. Youll build strong, trusting relationships with clients and help them maintain their independence through a variety of day-to-day support, including:
* Personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
* Assisting with mobility, including using walking aids or hoists when required
* Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
* Running errands, collecting prescriptions, or going shopping
* Light housework to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
* Offering companionship—whether it\s chatting over a cup of tea or supporting hobbies and interests
* Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
* Communicating with the office team to ensure consistent, quality care

Essential Requirements
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* The legal right to work in the UK
* Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
* A caring, respectful approach and commitment to person-centred care
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
