Job Description
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, business units, and clients, ensuring clear communication, effective governance, and the application of best practice project management methodologies.
The Project Manager will be instrumental in embedding new processes, operating models, and technology solutions that deliver measurable value and sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery: Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.
2. Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain robust project plans, resource schedules, and milestones, coordinating across teams to achieve delivery commitments.
3. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, maintaining RAID logs and ensuring timely resolution.
4. Budget & Reporting: Monitor project costs, track variances, and support accurate forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring progress is transparent and expectations are managed.
6. Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards, contributing to lessons learned and improvement initiatives within the PMO.
