CSU Start up Coordinator PMT for Offshore Development Project in Romania
Procer recruits for its Client, Major Operator in Oil&Gas, a Start up Coordinator for its Subsea gas development project on Black Sea Romania.
Role Definition
The role will be responsible for the readiness, assurance, permitting and authorisations in relation to the startup of the Neptun Deep Facilities project, co-ordinating all inputs for IGR4 and TG4 accordingly.
During execution activities of Start Up the role is responsible for ensuring all necessary environmental and compliance reporting is completed and manage the interface with the Environmental team until the completion of the Performance Test for the facilities.

Duration: 18-24 months
Location: Bucharest office
What we Request
1. extensive knowledge of Romanian regulatory and permitting requirements for a large offshore oil and gas project;
2. Demonstratable track record in the development and submission of design packages and in obtaining applicable permits from the relevant authorities.
3. Previous experience in Commissioning start up phase in the offshore oil and gas industry (engineering background preferred)
4. Experience as part of PMT Previous experience of working for an Operator
5. Deep knowledge of the OMV internal Assurance Process IGR4 and TG4 with demonstrable experience of leading other complex projects in IGR4 and TG4.
