About You
We’re seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our team as a Process & Filling Operator based in Torrington, Connecticut. You will label and seal resin products following Dymax-approved procedures, work instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures with limited supervision. You will also assist in developing effective and safe manufacturing processes for adhesive products that meet quality standards and delivery requirements.
You will:
* Fill, attach labels to accepted products as instructed by the cell leader and department supervisor.
* Operate syringe, cartridge, liter, pail, and miscellaneous filling equipment independently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work station, bulk storage, and finished product inventory following 6S guidelines.
* Provide documentation in a neat, organized, and legible manner at the work station.
* Perform final inspection of filled, sealed, and labeled products to ensure quality, aiming for less than 1.5 CIDs per year.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, neat, and legible.
* Follow safe work habits and use PPE appropriately.
* Record daily data into the ERP system and labeling software.
* Assist in process improvement initiatives.
* Maintain and clean the workstation and manufacturing floor regularly.
Requirements
You should have:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Computer skills; experience with E1 is a plus.
* Good mathematical and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and good judgment.
Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Benefits
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
