About Them
They are a specialist importer and distributor of premium Greek food and wine, working directly with independent producers across Greece. Founded in 2012, they are now based at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, supplying leading restaurants, retailers, wholesalers, and a growing direct‑to‑consumer channel.
The Role
This is a hands‑on ecommerce operations role with real ownership. You will maintain and improve our Magento website and product catalogue, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth day‑to‑day performance. You will also support the execution of marketing activity, manage website merchandising, and contribute to basic reporting and performance tracking.
You will play a key role in ensuring products are correctly listed, maintained, and presented online, while also supporting email campaigns, reporting, and product launches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured data, spotting inconsistencies, and improving systems behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities
* Ecommerce Operations (Magento) – Manage and maintain product listings within Magento. Troubleshoot issues relating to pricing, visibility, and functionality. Ensure products are correctly configured and purchasable.
* Product Data & Catalogue Management – Own and maintain the product data spreadsheet (attributes, pricing, descriptions). Prepare and manage CSV uploads into Magento. Ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across the catalogue. Identify and resolve data issues proactively.
* Merchandising & Website Content – Organise categories, collections, and on‑site merchandising. Keep the website updated with seasonal ranges and priorities. Ensure product pages are structured and customer‑ready.
* Marketing Support (Executional) – Build and schedule email campaigns. Support campaign setup and product selection. Support the execution of campaigns and promotions.
* Reporting & performance tracking – Support basic ecommerce reporting. Monitor product performance and highlight issues or opportunities.
* Product onboarding – Coordinate product setup to ensure a smooth and accurate launch. Ensure accurate and timely launches on the website.
About you
* Highly organised, methodical, and detail‑focused
* Confident with complexity and comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and structured data
* Proactive, with a strong instinct for spotting errors or inconsistencies
* Able to manage workload independently and take ownership of tasks
Skills & experience – Essential
* Experience with Magento or a similar ecommerce platform
* Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
* Experience working with CSV uploads and manipulating data
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Understanding of how ecommerce websites function commercially
Skills & experience – Desirable
* Experience with email marketing platforms
* Basic ecommerce analytics knowledge
* Experience managing product catalogues
