We are the sole supplier of sandwiches, wraps, rolls and sushi for Marks & Spencer. What you'll be doing - To ensure allergen segregation is always carried out correctly. Ensure materials are scanned to and from the line correctly. Ensure that the lines are supplied in full and on time with the correct materials. Ensure that all pre-start up checks is completed and the necessary paperwork is filled in. Effectively manage materials that are due to expire, concessions, dumps, and disposals. Ensure the correct standards in the Fridges are maintained. Ensure that the relevant quality checks are performed and that any issues regarding quality or food safety are raised immediately to the Line Coordinator. What we’re looking for - Good numeracy and English Language skills both verbal and written. Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and do good H&S practices. Able to lift & push materials, work as part of a team & independently. Accurate and pays attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of and or experience of working in a FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous, though full training is provided.
