Nursing Assistant Band 3 - Ward 25, North Tyneside
We are seeking experienced nursing assistants to join our new ward team, delivering safe, high-quality care, supporting MDT members, and working rotational day/night shifts.
Role responsibilities
* Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care as part of the multidisciplinary team
* Support qualified nursing staff in delivering patient care
* Maintain high clinical standards and a safe environment
