You’ll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly day to day - resolving issues, supporting users, and steadily improving systems and processes as the organisation grows.

Key responsibilities
* Overall ownership of IT operations, infrastructure and core systems
* Ensuring systems are secure, resilient and fit for a growing organisation
* Acting as the main point of contact for technology across technical and non-technical teams
* Managing third-party suppliers and vendors
* Driving improvements, upgrades, and modernisation
* Overseeing cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability
* Providing on‑site IT support for key operational moments, including events
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years proven experience managing IT infrastructure and operations
* Broad technical knowledge across networks, hardware, cloud services and applications
* Confidence working autonomously
* Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions‑led approach
* Calm under pressure and comfortable in time‑sensitive environments
* Experience in sport, events or similar settings is useful, but not essential
