The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and promoting the school's facilities for external hire, delivering a high-quality lettings service that supports both the local community and the school. This role involves managing enquiries and bookings, selling refreshments to hirers, liaising with hirers and internal staff, inducting new users, meet and greet duties, ensuring the site is prepared and ready for hire, and locking up and securing the buildings at the end of bookings. Confidence using PC systems is important (training can be provided if necessary), along with the ability to promote and maximise venue use. Facilities available for hire include the theatre, classrooms, hard court and astroturf. Previous hirers have included football groups, netball bookings and dog training groups. Shadowing opportunities are available if you are new to lettings work.
