Our client is a dynamic and growing company specialising in healthcare products, currently seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping their visual identity and driving business growth through standout packaging and branding.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact—leading design from concept to completion across a broad range of health-focused products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers to bring new ideas to life, helping ensure the brand stands out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Packaging Design: Create innovative, market-ready packaging that aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.
* Brand Development: Evolve and refine brand identities for new and existing product lines, ensuring distinctiveness and trademark compliance.
* Visual Branding: Produce high-quality marketing visuals, working with in-house photographers and CGI artists to craft compelling imagery.
* Product Storytelling: Communicate each product’s unique value through visually engaging packaging and brand messaging.
* 3D Liaison: Work with CAD and CGI designers to translate 2D concepts into production-ready 3D visuals.
* Collaborative Design: Partner with product managers to iterate on designs, responding effectively to feedback and brief refinements.
* Sales-Driven Creativity: Use consumer insights and sales data to optimise design and branding strategies.
Requirements
* Must have experience in a design agency, with a strong focus on FMCG, packaging, branding, or product marketing.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* A portfolio demonstrating impactful packaging and product branding work.
* Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to balance creativity with practical, commercial needs.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
* Must be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical branding is advantageous but not essential.
