You'll work on gas boilers, heating plants, and ventilation systems, ensuring compliance and safety. Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on gas boilers, heating plants, and ventilation equipment.
* Ensure all work complies with safety and legislative standards.
* Complete accurate documentation and use handheld technology for task management.
* Support emergency callouts and identify additional work opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
* Valid certifications: COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1.
* Proven experience in maintenance, fault finding, and repair of gas boilers, heating systems, pumps, and ventilation equipment.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Ability to complete statutory tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure all work meets legal and safety standards.
* Flexibility and teamwork: participate in an on‑call rota and support colleagues.
