Are you an experienced chef ready to step into a leadership role? Passionate about fresh, quality food and motivating a kitchen team to deliver at the highest level?
We're looking for a strong, hands-on Sous Chef to join our vibrant, fast-paced restaurant at Poole Leisure Site. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fresh food menu, support the Head Chef, and help lead a busy, dynamic kitchen operation.

Your Schedule
Hours: 45 hours per week
Days: 5 days out of 7
Shifts: A mix of straight and split shifts
Service: 200+ covers on busy days - fast-paced and rewarding
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading services and deputising in the Head Chef's absence
Preparing and delivering fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance
Training, motivating, and developing junior chefs
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Proven ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
Calm and organised under pressure in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for fresh, high-quality food
