Overview

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Manchester to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
You will
* Conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models
* Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
* Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
* Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
* Facilitate meetings and workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders
* Develop business cases and analyses for proposed solutions
* Support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
* Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
* Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices
Ideally, we'd like
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis
* Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops
* High-level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods
* Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and project management tools
* Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* CBAP/BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred)
