Location: Alton, Petersfield & Havant

Salary details: £13.28–£19/hr (weekdays £13.28/hr, weekends £13.48/hr, bank holidays £19/hr)
About the Role
Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care tailored to each customer's individual needs.
* Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
* Support with nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation.
* Help with medication and prescriptions.
* Carry out light housework (tidying, laundry, cleaning).
* Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for customers.

What We’re Looking For
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Age 18+ and right to work in the UK.
* A kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care.
* Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
* Weekend availability (every other weekend or one day every weekend).
* No formal care experience required – training provided.
