The Role
As a Junior Project Planner, you will support the planning team in delivering high-quality project schedules across a range of engineering and construction projects. You will gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced planners and project managers, contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules
* Monitor project progress and update plans accordingly
* Support the analysis of project performance and reporting
* Work closely with project teams to gather data and track milestones
* Identify potential risks and delays, proposing mitigation strategies
* Ensure planning processes align with company and industry standards
Requirements
* Degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
* Familiarity with planning software (e.g., ASTA or MS Project)
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
