Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership & Management – Oversee daily operations, control day‑to‑day activities across critical departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.), design and implement process improvements, and manage operational risks.
* Strategic Planning & Execution – Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision into actionable operational plans, establish and monitor KPIs, report performance to the CEO and recommend corrective actions.
* Financial & Resource Stewardship – Collaborate with the CFO on budget oversight, control expenses, improve cost efficiency, and allocate internal resources (personnel, technology, capital) to support strategic projects.
* Talent & Culture Development – Mentor senior leaders, foster a culture of accountability and continuous professional development, and champion the company’s core values to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
* Operational Expertise: Proven track record in scaling operations and managing cross‑departmental functions.
* Leadership: Ability to mentor senior management, lead large teams, and develop a high‑performance culture.
* Process Knowledge: Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
