Hours - Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week. Increasing to 40 hours per week during peak October - December

As they continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to join their team.

The Role:

As a Customer Order Service Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will provide outstanding customer support, handling inquiries, processing orders, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate. Due to our client's location, a driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
3. Providing excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
4. Coordinating with internal teams, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
5. Updating and maintaining customer records in our database.
6. Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the sales team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order processing systems; generally comfortable using computers (training provided if necessary).
5. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
