The Role
We are seeking a passionate Specialist Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN and SEMH needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning, regulate behaviour, and help students build confidence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Assist in behaviour regulation and emotional coaching
* Adapt learning materials to individual needs
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students
* Contribute to a safe, positive learning environment

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN needs
* Ability to work full-time, 8.30am to 4pm
* Enthusiasm, patience and a supportive approach
