The role is focused on internally facing products and services rather than customer facing AI products. We are looking for someone with experience delivering and driving adoption of workplace technology, internal digital tools, and Microsoft ecosystem products in an organisation. As a Product Manager for internal AI enabled tools and services, including Copilot for Microsoft 365, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of multiple AI enabled products and services that support colleagues across the organisation. Key accountabilities The specific responsibilities of the role include: Lead the adoption of internal tools across MaPS, including Copilot 365. Use product usage data and feedback to inform prioritisation, improvement, and lifecycle decisions. Support change and adoption by working with users to embed AI products into day-to-day workflows. Support the development of internal AI products and services, including AI-enabled analytics, automation, and Copilot-style tools. Lead the iterative development of AI products, ensuring alignment with user needs, organisational priorities, and responsible AI principles. Ensure AI products are designed to be safe, ethical, explainable, and compliant with legal, privacy, and governance requirements from the outset. Key accountabilities Manage the development and iteration of multiple internal AI products or services. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and support adoption through training, and other learning materials. Translate user needs, policy constraints, and organisational goals into clear product outcomes. Maintain and communicate product roadmaps and backlogs. Collaborate with delivery managers, designers, analysts, engineers, technology colleagues and developers to deliver value safely and incrementally. Use evidence and data to inform product decisions and prioritisation. Contribute to the wider product, data, and AI communities of practice. Skills & experience Essential Skills and Experience: Experience managing products or services within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or related automation tooling. Experience driving adoption of internal workplace technologies or enterprise platforms, rather than only customer facing digital products. Experience working on products that improve internal processes, colleague productivity, workflow automation, or business operations. Ability to translate business needs into practical product improvements using Microsoft platform capabilities and enterprise tooling. Experience balancing product delivery with governance, security, data protection, and organisational change considerations in an enterprise environment.
