Responsibilities
1. Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk, liaising with guests and departments.
2. Welcome guests warmly, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
3. Address guest feedback via surveys, third-party reviews, and direct communication, resolving issues professionally.
4. Verify payments upon check-in and process different payment types accurately.
5. Supervise front desk staff, maintaining service standards.
6. Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure guest satisfaction and well-being.
7. Manage and motivate a team of direct reports.
8. Act as deputy for the Front Office Manager when needed.
Requirements
1. At least 2 years of management experience at the front desk in a similar property.
2. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience with Opera PMS is required.
4. Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
5. Demonstrated commitment to high standards and continuous learning.
