Overview Of The Role
Responsible for service management, providing high-quality, effective, and professional services to business lines/units within its scope. The IT Support Analyst will handle troubleshooting, installation, application support, testing, maintenance, and documentation.
The role involves both BAU support and project work.
Key Accountabilities
* Knowledge of ITIL framework, Incident/Change management (qualifications preferred).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
* Effective telephone and reporting skills, especially when liaising with third-party support.
* Adherence to change management procedures.
* Problem management and resolution coordination.
* Project management experience.
* Knowledge of Office365, VPN, connectivity tools, Windows Desktop OS, Endpoint protection, Printing, Epos Systems, Cisco Meraki.
* Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure administration and deployment.
* Good HP hardware knowledge.
* Focus on system processing, data delivery, and system improvements.
* Experience in improving IT service processes and supporting new site delivery.
What You'll Need
* Excellent 2nd line IT support experience, with some 3rd line experience preferred.
* Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows 10 & 11, SharePoint, Teams, Intune.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Driving Licence.
