As a Catering Assistant, you’ll support the café and the team to achieve its full potential. We’re looking for a Catering Assistant who is hardworking, has excellent customer service skills, and good multi-tasking abilities.
What you’ll do :
1. Be a friendly and welcoming face to visitors and customers at the facility.
2. Undertake the preparation, serving, and delivery of food and drinks.
3. Participate in the production and service standards of the café, ensuring high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety laws and maintain them.
5. Comply with GLL and Hub policies.
6. Actively contribute to the development of café service.
7. Undertake card payments.
8. Attend meetings/training and be part of the facility team.
9. Work as part of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
10. Provide excellent customer care and have good multi-tasking skills.
11. Follow all Normal & Emergency Operating Procedures as well as adhering to relevant product manuals.
12. Fully participate in and engage in training through centre-based training and ongoing assessment of performance.

17. This is a Flexible position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
