SEN Teacher Responsibilities · Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils. · Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) to track and support student progress. · Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. · Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to deliver coordinated support. · Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEND best practices and adapt teaching methods accordingly. · Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.
