CMA HR Recruitment is assisting a fast paced business on the outskirts of Fareham, Hampshire for the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their well established team on a temporary basis. This is a varied role has arisen due to heavy workloads, and will be reporting to the HR Manager, supporting the smooth operation of the HR department. What will the HR Advisor role involve? Maintaining accurate employee records and process HR documentation Dealing with employee queries and support line managers with HR related matters Manage the HR inbox and distributing to the wider team Assisting with recruitment, arranging interviews, checking documentation such as Right to Work etc Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy: Highly organised and able to prioritise workload Experience working within a HR team/generalist role Ideally able to commence employment immediately Additional benefits and information for the role of HR Advisor: On going temporary role Full time, 37 hours per week Office based Parking CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this role.
