Role Overview
As a Duty Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the facility during operating hours, ensuring activities are delivered to high standards with safety and customer service as priorities. The role involves high levels of customer interaction with sports governing bodies, commercial, and corporate organizations, as well as supervising the operational team, managing cash processes, and maintaining operational coverage across the site.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily site operations and ensure safety and service quality.
2. Supervise staff and coordinate activities.
3. Respond to emergencies and ensure contractual compliance.
4. Maintain high standards of customer service and safety.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to excellent service. Experience in leading a team and working directly with customers, preferably in leisure, is preferred. A current NPLQ and first aid at work certification are desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
