Job Description
Job Title: Care Professional – Morning Calls
Location: Swadlincote/Burton/Derby
Hours: Preferred availability 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM (can be extended if more hours are desired)
Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour
Enhanced Pay: £14.25 per hour (before 8:00 AM, after 6:00 PM, and weekends)
What You’ll Do:
* Help with personal care routines such as washing, dressing, and toileting
* Support with mobility and safe movement
* Prepare breakfast and help with morning medication
* Offer companionship and reassurance to start the day right
* Light household tasks to ensure a safe, clean environment
Shift Information:
* Preferred availability: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
* More hours can be offered if desired
* Please note: You are paid for the time spent delivering care, not for your entire availability window
* £13.35 per hour standard
* £14.25 per hour before 8 AM, after 6 PM, and weekends
* Travel time and mileage paid
* Paid, award-winning training and ongoing development
* Supportive, family-feel office team
* Regular clients with minimum 1-hour visits — no rushed care
* PPE provided
Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
* A warm, caring, and reliable nature
* Excellent communication skills and a desire to help others
* The right to work in the UK
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to the community-based nature of the role
