We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our teams at Birchgrove Special Needs Day Service and Swansea Vale Resource Centre. The working hours are:
* Swansea Vale Resource Centre: 9:30 am to 11:30 am
* Birchgrove SNS: 11:45 am to 1:45 pm
The role involves preparing and serving midday meals to service users at both locations.
Responsibilities include pureeing, blending, and chopping meals according to individual SALT guidelines, along with cleaning and other kitchen duties. High standards of cleanliness, record-keeping skills to meet legislative requirements, and teamwork are essential.
Training will be provided. Experience in kitchen work and a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate are required.
