4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
5. Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
6. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging and impactful content for TikTok.
7. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators to promote products effectively.
8. Monitor trends within the FMCG and social commerce sectors to stay ahead of the competition.
9. Oversee inventory management and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
