Join one of Harley Street, London's leading Prestigious, Private Dental Studios

Are you a people-first communicator with a passion for premium service and performance-driven sales?

Do you enjoy speaking to people on the telephone and sharing your knowledge of dental treatments?

Do you thrive in elegant, high-touch environments where every client interaction matters?

If so, this could be your next career-defining role…

At Harley Street Dental Studio, we don't just deliver world-class cosmetic, restorative, and general dentistry, we deliver life-changing outcomes in one of the UK's most recognised private dental settings.

With an award-winning team, exceptional clinical care, and a loyal client base, we're looking for someone to raise the bar even higher.

We are seeking a commercially minded Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to support our patients on their journey, from first contact through to booked consultation and final smile, building trust, moving conversations forward, and delivering confidence along the way.

What You'll Be Responsible For

* Responding to new leads and enquiries via phone, email, CRM, and WhatsApp, ensuring warmth and professionalism across all channels
* Build rapport quickly with new patients and act as the first point of contact for treatment presentation and scheduling
* Proactively follow up with leads, mainly by telephone, to maintain contact, answer questions, and increase conversion
* Learn and explain our treatment journey clearly and confidently, aligning patient expectations with clinical pathways
* Host patients during in-practice consultations to ensure a seamless, reassuring experience
* Track enquiry volumes, performance data, conversion metrics and follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g. Software of Excellence)
* Collaborate closely with clinicians, admin and sales teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end patient experience
* Recommend cases for escalation or further clinical input where needed

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive, confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills and a warm, empathetic approach combined with strong commercial awareness.

Previous experience in sales, bookings or luxury client relationship roles (e.g. healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, retail or recruitment)

Someone who is happy to spend the majority of their day on the telephone following up leads.

Highly organised, reliable and resilient, someone who thrives on structure, metrics and follow-through

Comfortable owning targets and motivated by both purpose and performance

Dental knowledge is a bonus, but not essential, full training will be provided

You'll be a confident, service-driven communicator with a natural ability to convert curiosity into trust, and leads into loyal patients
