Accounts Assistant
Part time, ideally five mornings per week
Seaford Office
What you will be doing:
Providing support to the Financial Controller and Senior Financial Assistant including:
· Processing client and office accounting transactions including payments and receipts, bills, credit card payments and BACS and CHAPS payments;
· Processing Purchase Ledger;
· Assisting with petty cash, day to day banking, miscellaneous nominal postings and bank reconciliations;
· Processing of accounts transactions as instructed by the Financial Controller.
· Liaising with the firms bank as and when required;
· Ensuring that the confidentiality and security of the firm's and client documentation is always maintained.
Who we are looking for:
If you are an experienced accounts assistant, have the following skills and are looking for a new challenge we would like to hear from you.
· Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word to intermediate level.
· Accurate numerical and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Able to work under pressure with a drive to meet deadlines.
· Excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers, clients and team members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
