You will work in a structured yet nurturing environment, delivering high-quality lessons that are both stimulating and accessible. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated English or Maths lessons tailored to individual needs. Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils build confidence and close learning gaps. Use trauma-informed and restorative approaches to support pupils with complex behavioural or emotional needs. Track academic progress, set targets, and adapt instruction accordingly. Foster trusting, positive relationships with pupils to create a safe, inclusive learning space. Collaborate with SENCOs, teaching assistants, behaviour mentors, and other professionals. Participate in EHCP reviews, behaviour plans, and pastoral strategies. Encourage high expectations around effort, respect, and resilience.
