The Mission Transition your high-level clinical expertise from the hospital floor to the absolute pinnacle of luxury maritime care. We are seeking an exceptional nursing professional to provide dedicated, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. Your rotation will take place exclusively on board a private superyacht, navigating the most breathtaking regions of the Mediterranean. The upcoming cruising itinerary includes prestigious anchorages such as St. Tropez, Capri, and Malta.
The Team You will practice as part of an elite, meticulously selected multidisciplinary unit. Our onboard medical operation is directed by a Lead British Doctor and is fully supported by expert Physiotherapists, alongside an exclusive, entirely Western-trained nursing team.
The Safety Providing uncompromising care means ensuring our clinicians are never overextended. We operate under a strict double-nurse shift system. This protocol guarantees that you always have immediate clinical redundancy, collaborative support during critical moments, and optimal rest between shifts.
The Process Designed for absolute discretion and to accommodate the demanding schedules of active high-acuity nurses, our comprehensive initial interview phase is conducted securely via an online platform.

* Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
* 4+ years of rigorous, recent Acute Care experience (ICU, ER, or A&E).
* Native or C1 fluent English proficiency.
