Senior Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Van, Tools & Fuel Card
Location: London (mobile role)
Benefits: 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays), pension scheme, career progression
The Role
* Carry out service, maintenance, fault-finding and breakdowns on a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.)
* Work independently to diagnose complex issues and deliver first‑time fixes wherever possible
* Lead by example, offering support and guidance to junior engineers when required
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
About You
* Hands‑on experience in air conditioning service, maintenance and breakdown
* Strong knowledge of leading manufacturers and systems
* F‑Gas 2079 certification essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Reliable, professional, and confident working both independently and as part of a team
