Associate Director – BSOL Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism Provider Collaboratives at Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Responsibilities
* Lead the effective delivery of commissioning and transformation responsibilities for the collaborative.
* Work closely with the Deputy Director of Commissioning & Transformation and senior leaders to provide strategic leadership for a complex and far‑reaching programme.
* Own the delivery of work projects, ensuring appropriate accountability and decision‑making structures are in place.
* Develop positive relationships with partner leads and engage effectively with all stakeholders, including staff, patients and residents of Birmingham and Solihull.
* Manage multiple workstreams within a fast‑paced environment, delivering to tight deadlines.
* Handle sensitive information responsibly and communicate it appropriately as part of working at scale.
Key Skills and Experience
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills that inspire, motivate and influence colleagues at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
* Experience in commissioning and transformation within mental health or related sectors (desirable).
