3. Manage and oversee all financial reporting and budgeting processes.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

7. Work closely with other departments to support financial planning.
8. Lead and mentor a small finance team to achieve departmental goals.

10. Assist in the preparation of annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A recognised qualification in accounting or finance or QBE.
12. Proven experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
13. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Ability to lead and motivate a finance team effectively.
16. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
