What You’ll Be Doing
* Analyse performance data to shape category ranges and improve customer choice
* Build and update planograms using our in‑house systems
* Conduct sales analysis, trend reporting, and micro space reviews
* Partner closely with Trading, Merchandising and Operations teams
* Manage range and store grading to ensure the right products land in the right stores
* Prepare accurate planograms for new and refitted store openings
* Stay informed on competitor ranges and visual display techniques
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally experience in visual merchandising or space planning
* Retail experience involving planograms is also highly valued
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPs)
* High numeracy and confidence analysing large datasets
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Commercially minded with the ability to interpret market insights
* Confident communicator with influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
