Deputy Project Officer (HR) – Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a full‑time graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university/institution approved by the UGC.
In addition to this:
* Candidates should possess a Postgraduate degree in Management (with a specialization in HR/Personnel) or a Postgraduate degree in Law.
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required in areas such as HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Administration, or Legal Affairs within government institutions, public sector units, or reputable private companies.
* Preference will be given to those with practical experience in legal service matters, RTI compliance, and familiarity with HR software modules.

Senior Consultant (Legal) – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Law (LL.B.) or a 5‑year integrated law degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized or deemed university.
Additional mandatory qualifications include:
* At least 25 years of post‑qualification experience in practicing law, particularly in Civil Courts, High Courts, or tribunals in Andhra Pradesh.
* Deep familiarity with arbitration laws and procedures is expected.
* The candidate must have retired at the level of GM or AGM in the Legal department of any Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) in India.
* Of the total experience, the last 10 years must have been exclusively in the legal domain.
