Job Description
As a Catering and Retail Manager, your focus is to work closely with your teams to develop a great work relationship and together provide the best customer service.
You will need excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills, along with a passion for food & service and enthusiasm.
* Collaborate with the back of house team to develop well-balanced and nutritious menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences.
* Demonstrated experience in a comparable managerial setting.
* Proficient in Business and Industry practices.
* Proven track record as a hands-on leader, committed to nurturing team growth.
* Outgoing and dynamic, with a genuine enthusiasm for culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety protocols.
* Financially adept with advanced IT skills.
* Innovative, creative, and dedicated to achieving excellence.
* Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the culinary world.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate catering staff.
In addition, you will manage a retail café within the education setting, leading by example with a hands-on, positive attitude, and working with gross profit margins, costs, and sales analysis.
