Our client, a leading HR services provider to the education sector, is looking for a Senior Schools HR Advisor to deliver expert HR support to schools, academies and education clients.
This role offers high levels of autonomy, complex advisory work and the opportunity to influence senior leaders across multiple educational settings.
What you’ll do
Provide expert HR advice to headteachers, governors and senior school leaders
Lead on complex employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy
Advise on school-specific employment frameworks and regulations
Support academy conversions and TUPE transfers
Design and deliver HR training to education clients
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to schools, contributing to strategic decisions while ensuring compliance with employment law and safeguarding obligations.
What we’re looking for
Strong HR advisory experience within schools or education
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and school staffing regulations
Experience managing complex casework and formal hearings
Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously across multiple client sites
The ideal candidate will be decisive, commercially aware and comfortable operating in fast-paced school environments.
