HRIS Implementation Manager
Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services and we’re scaling fast. With a workforce of over 700 and growing, we’re investing in a new HR tech stack to support our people and our future. At the centre of this transformation is the implementation of our new HRIS: HiBob.
We’re looking for someone with experience in HRIS implementation to lead this work from implementation through to post-go-live rollout and system management. This is a high-impact, fixed-term role (18 months) ideal for someone who brings both delivery discipline and the mindset to embed and enhance systems for the long term.
Where the Project Stands:
The HiBob project is already underway contracts are signed, and our substantive HR Systems Manager has developed the initial plan. You’ll be joining at an exciting point where implementation planning is in motion but still flexible enough for you to make your mark.
You’ll be supported by the substantive postholder during the transition period and take full ownership of the programme as they go on maternity leave around go-live (October). You’ll then continue to lead post-go-live support, including incremental module rollouts and integrations across our broader HR tech stack.
Please note: This is an 18-month salaried fixed-term role. It may not be suitable for day-rate contractors we’re looking for someone who will see the project through to full embedment and transition into BAU
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership
* Own and lead the end-to-end implementation of HiBob.
* Configure the system to meet current and evolving business needs.
* Lead data migration, process mapping, system testing and UAT.
Project Delivery
* Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and configuration guides.
* Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
* Work with our substantive HR Systems Manager during onboarding and handover.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Act as primary liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
* Collaborate with HRBPs, L&D, and our HR Data Analyst to align system capability with business needs.
* Support user training and adoption across the wider HR team and business.
Post-Go-Live Support & Optimisation
* Lead incremental module rollouts and HR tech integrations post go-live.
* Ensure the system is embedded, optimised, and aligned with business processes.
* Maintain documentation and act as escalation point for system-related queries.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading HRIS implementations ideally HiBob in a mid-sized, scaling organisation.
* Strong technical knowledge of HR systems, including configuration, data, and integrations.
* Experience delivering under pressure with clear, structured project plans.
* Confident communicator with great stakeholder management skills.
* Passionate about continuous improvement and making systems work better for people.
