Join to apply for the Asset, Data and Insight Manager role at Mears Group PLC. Permanent position in Milton Keynes offering a salary of £31,101.84 with great additional company benefits. We are keen to meet candidates who have a working knowledge of property maintenance services with the ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources and make clear evidence-based recommendations. This role engages directly with our branches as part of a central team, providing insight into operational and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
* Analysing large & complex data sets providing insight into commercial activities within the business and making recommendations for improvements.
* Demonstrate outcomes and impact of all activity.
* Contribute to commercial related projects and improvement initiatives identified.
* Ensuring correct use of Mears Contract Management system and Mears Subcontractor Portal by staff and contractors as driver for WIP, cost management, invoicing and KPI requirements.
* Work with team members to ensure a commercially competent service is delivered to service users and clients.
