Careline365 is hiring a full-time Contact Centre Representative to join its Subscription Services team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve payment queries, and contribute to the financial health of a growing organisation.

Salary: £24,004.50 per annum (£12.31/hour) + up to 20% KPI-based bonuses (OTE £28,000–£30,000)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Shift Pattern: 5 days/week, Monday–Sunday, 7.5-hour shifts between 08:00–20:00
Start Date: 01 December 2025

Role Overview

As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers with payment queries or overdue accounts. You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to negotiate fair solutions, maintain accurate records, and support customer satisfaction and business goals.


Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels
* Resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans
* Monitor and recover overdue accounts
* Escalate complex cases appropriately
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
* Meet performance targets across recovery, quality, and satisfaction
* Suggest process improvements and participate in training
* Collaborate with team members and share success


Required Skills and Experience

* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Organised, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
* Self-motivated and performance-driven
* Experience with third-party payment platforms
* Familiarity with C365 products
