Role Overview
As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers with payment queries or overdue accounts. You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to negotiate fair solutions, maintain accurate records, and support customer satisfaction and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels
* Resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans
* Monitor and recover overdue accounts
* Escalate complex cases appropriately
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
* Meet performance targets across recovery, quality, and satisfaction
* Suggest process improvements and participate in training
* Collaborate with team members and share success
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Organised, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
* Self-motivated and performance-driven
* Experience with third-party payment platforms
* Familiarity with C365 products
