Location: Brentwood (fully office based)
Salary: £28,500 – £35,000 + financial performance incentives
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday
The Role
We are seeking an Italian Speaking Sales Advisor to support international customers and drive sales growth through proactive telesales and account management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound sales calls and manage inbound enquiries
2. Build and maintain customer relationships
3. Process parts orders, estimates and payments
4. Support customers with aftersales and product queries
5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Promote offers and follow up on sales opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
7. Fluent Italian and English
8. Previous sales or parts advisory experience
9. Automotive experience preferred
10. Confident, professional phone manner
11. Strong organisational and sales skills
