We are looking for a Charismatic and creative People Engagement and Events Coordinator to enhance employee and Students experience and foster a positive workplace culture. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering engaging internal events, initiatives, and programs that boost morale, strengthen team connections, and align with company values.
Key Responsibilities
Employee/ Student Engagement
Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee / Student engagement and satisfaction
Support employee/ Student recognition programs and culture-building activities
Gather feedback through surveys and engagement tools and provide actionable insights
Partner with HR and leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Events Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events (e.g., team-building activities, town halls, celebrations, workshops)
Manage event logistics including venue, catering, communications, and budgets
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
Evaluate event success and continuously improve future initiatives
Communication & Coordination
Promote events and engagement initiatives through communication channels
Maintain an events calendar and ensure timely communication across teams
Collaborate with different departments to align engagement activities with business goals
Administration & Reporting
Track engagement metrics and event participation
Manage budgets and expenses related to engagement activities
Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
Experience in events coordination, or employee engagement roles
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable:
Experience in corporate events or internal communications
