The Role:
The Sales Manager supports Oviva’s mission by strengthening our NHS relationships and contributing to successful delivery of our commercial contracts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and supporting existing partnerships, aligning delivery with contract terms, and contributing insights for programme growth.
The role involves managing account activities, contributing to partner satisfaction, and supporting bid and programme development with growing autonomy. This role is instrumental in bridging the execution of NHS contract delivery with internal planning and strategic support functions.
About You
Essential:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with NHS facing or healthcare experience.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Structured problem-solving, attention to detail, and confidence in reporting on delivery metrics.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with NHS commissioning and ICS structures.
* Previous experience in account management, partner coordination, or commercial support in a health or public sector context.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Delivery Support
* Support account management for NHS contracts, including relationship coordination with commissioners, clinicians, and other partners.
* Deliver service excellence by liaising with delivery teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Track and escalate partner feedback and risks to internal teams, contributing to partner satisfaction.
Programme Coordination
* Assist in implementing new or evolving NHS programmes, coordinating timelines and partner communications.
* Support readiness activities for pilots or programme rollouts, including aligning internal stakeholders.
Commercial Proposal Input
* Contribute to the preparation of business cases and proposals, providing data, insights, and content.
* Assist in gathering performance metrics and patient outcomes to support bids or renewals.
Insight Gathering & Reporting
* Maintain awareness of local NHS policy changes and commissioning models.
* Track programme KPIs and partner feedback, contributing to internal reports and dashboards.
Cross Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with the wider commercial team, Clinical Delivery, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to support commercial delivery.
* Act as the bridge between front line delivery teams and strategic commercial objectives.
