Deliver high-quality technical advice, service, and maintenance to customers during night shifts
Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
Maintain accurate records of service and repairs as a Night Shift Mobile Vehicle Technician
Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
Adhere to safety standards and company policies
Participate in training sessions, including IMI Level 3 Electric Vehicle Maintenance and Repair during the first year
Assist with general workshop duties as requiredRequirements:
Full UK driving license
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance
Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to work night shifts effectively
Excellent customer service and communication skills
