The Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll:
Undertake property inspections to identify building defects and maintenance requirements
Diagnose structural and fabric issues and specify appropriate remedial solutions
Raise, plan and schedule day-to-day and responsive repair works with contractors
Manage repairs and minor planned works from instruction through to completion
Ensure statutory compliance including H&S, CDM, and building regulations You
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you'll have the following skills and experience:
HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Building Surveying, Construction, or related discipline
Demonstrable experience in maintenance or responsive repairs surveying
Strong knowledge of building pathology, construction methods, and remedial techniques
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Full UK driving licence
