This role covers Anglesey & Gwynedd and is primarily community-based.
You will attend our head office St Asaph Business Park one day per week for team meetings and collaboration.
When not visiting residents, you can work flexibly from home or local hot desk locations.

A driving licence and ability to travel across your patch is essential.
